Modern and Chic Industrial Wedding at Mt. Washington Mill Dye House

Claire and Barrett’s Modern and Chic Industrial Wedding at Mt. Washington Mill Dye House is one of our absolute favorite weddings that we’ve ever photographed. We may be partial, but they Claire and Barrett are just really cool people (check out their engagement session as seen on United With Love here to see what I mean!) Minimal details and lots of sentiment made this Baltimore wedding such an incredible day. We started the morning off at the ever-so-stunning Hotel Monaco in Downtown Baltimore. Claire had the most genuine moments with her dad and bridesmaids right before an iconic first look with Barrett on the Monaco staircase. Barrett’s reaction was the best! What I love most about this couple is that they don’t take themselves or their friends too seriously. They always know how to have a good time no matter the occasion. A few classic moments followed by a few rap cover album laughs, we were off to get them married at the Dye House.

Barrett made sure to include his late father throughout their wedding. Including wearing an old watch of his and a beautiful memoir at the chair he would have sat at. As they stood before friends and family, they tied the knot under a stunning circular flower wreath and had a close friend sprinkle flowers down the aisle. Golden hour poured through the trees and large windows proving for the most perfect sunset portraits. After a delicious “breakfast for dinner” meal and a quick reception dress change, these two end the night with so much love in one room. We love all the inspiration they took from their favorite power couple, Beyonce and Jay-Z, including a cute card for Claire and hot sauce favors.
